Cathy Craddock has been in Real Estate for 25+ years. She has excelled in both Commercial and Residential real estate. She is the MANAGING DIRECTOR for Mike Walker Real Estate. She has won awards for both the Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate genres.
Cathy brings with her extensive experience, proven success, and impressive credentials such as Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Investment Agent Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Residential Specialist, Military Relocation Professional, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Real Estate Negotiations Expert, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist and Graduate of the Realtor Institute.
An active member and volunteer with the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors, Cathy has served on multiple committees for the Association including Awards, Governmental Relations, Grievance, Professional Standards and Risk Management and was named to the Women’s Council of Realtors 2023 Ambassador.
She is also a member of and donates her time to the Central Chamber of Commerce, the Livingston Parish Republican Women, The Louisiana Federation of Republican Women, Rotary District 6200 as Assistant District Governor and the Rotary Club of Baker.
